My work sits at the confluence of place, topography, and art — built on harmonious color and flowing form.

Three Rivers is composed of 19 layers of clear glass, each hand-painted with a portion of the image, then kiln-formed into a single solid slab 2.5" thick. Using layering, contour, and color, the work builds depth and dimensionality that no flat, 2D medium can achieve.

Because the glass itself is clear, the piece rewards a second look: each of its four edges opens a hidden view into the work's interior — the colorful strata of its topology.
