"Hula Hoopla" is a depiction of a young boy in 1950's clothing performing the huge Mid-Century fad of spinning a hula hoop. The Mid-Century breezeblocks used are in a pattern (called "Festival") where their combination create several shapes that echo the circular motion of the hula hoop.
