A Choir of Angels consists of 6 individually mounted glass angel wings. These were made by a variation of the centuries-old "pate de verre" method - literally, "glass paste". Small glass bits are mixed with a sticky binder to create a glass paste (similar to set sand). The mixture is then pressed into a mold, and then fired in a kiln to create a single, solid piece of glass.Each glass angel screws easily into a wall.
