This marine farming near the Cap-Ferret, the Cape-Cod of France, on the Bay of Arcachon, where I grew up, is an ancestral sustainable management and harvesting of mother-earth resources in their natural environment.

Old multicolor cabins in pine wood are characteristics of those tiny harbors where fisherman-farmers and their families have been working for centuries in harmony with the endless pulse of the Ocean. Look closely, see a glimpse of low tide,a coastal marine layer above the roofs and an alignment of weathered cabins. Feel the breeze, a subtle aroma of seaweed, sea salt and oysters.
