Michael Glover: “A studio is never an inert space. It shapes everything that an artist is and does. It can itself be a work of art”. My assemblage imagines the materials and processes to create glass art. It includes glass rods and colorants, with tools such as a vice and a magnifier. Created art includes brilliant square glass magnets, and fun glass mouse ears. The piece is interactive. Viewers can rearrange the glass magnets, peer through the magnifier and swap the mouse ears for other glass artifacts.
