These palms were along a trail in Palm Desert. This trail is part of the Bump and Grind series of trails. I was inspired by the palms located at the Cahuilla Trailhead and sketched them while I waited for my hiking partners. I am fond of color, impressionism, and whimsy. I painted a series of 3 these 'Hula Girls'.
