The Rubble #7 is a tapestry-like painting that includes needlepoint and hangs from a hand-wrapped dowel. The gold colors of the top of the painting symbolize wisdom, the deep greens of the lower part of the painting symbolize renewal. The color choices and materials identify what can be destroyed, re-formed, and at some point, turned into connected forms; a reminder of the fragility of destruction yet awareness of the strength of what remains.
