Don't Mess With My Cool (Kris Knutzen)

I retired in 2016 and the biggest problem I have had is deciding which medium to work in. I have jumped from one to another …watercolor, collage, cloth figures, pastels, mosaics …. I love them all! I love color, and fun and not quite realistic. The past year I landed on acrylic portraits and it just might be a lasting relationship. I work from photographs. Not for a likeness but for the spirit of the person. Big, small, bright, and, when it works a girl with an attitude.
