Sail Away (Marcy Cagan)

I've always been fascinated by sailboats and sailing. Friends invited my husband and I to race their sailboat on the Hudson River for a number of years. We also chartered sailboats with these same friends in the Caribbean. The captain of our foursome is retired harbor pilot and he gave me a book of ocean charts to use in my collages. One of the charts is the background to this piece which helps to conjure up an imaginary voyage.
