The twinkling light of dawn, dim in comparison to the sparkling eyes. Eager to start another day, knowing the catch would pay enough to make a living enjoying the water.

Now those distant memories are weighed down in the gray-green air and increasingly fewer places to make enough to manage the boat.

Baskets of empty nets and empty hopes.

Hearing the blues and watching the blue waters decay.
