Gerald, “Jerry” Fogelson is a visionary real estate developer who conceptualized the redevelopment of the Central Station residential neighborhood in Chicago, Illinois - a remarkable story he chronicles in his book Central Station: Realizing A Vision - and co-founded the Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate at Roosevelt University. We met in Rancho Mirage, where we both now live.
